埼玉県熊谷市街地における街づくりの一環で、商店街の空き店舗にフライ屋さんを計画しました。フライとは熊谷地域の庶民的な伝統料理で、お好み焼きに似ています。まちづくりに関わる多くの方々と協働し、熊谷駅近くの星川通りに実現したお店です。昼はカフェ、夜はお酒も飲めますので、近くにお越しの際にはぜひお立ち寄りください。

As part of urban development in Kumagaya, Saitama Prefecture, we planned to open a fry shop in a vacant store in a shopping district. Fries are a traditional dish of the Kumagaya region, similar to Okonomiyaki. This store was created on Hoshikawa Street near Kumagaya Station in collaboration with many people involved in town development. We have a cafe during the day and drinks at night, so please stop by if you’re in the area.
