趣のある千駄木エリアに位置するオフィスビルです。 大正時代の建築を彷彿とさせる重厚感のあるデザインは、クライアントと街を歩き、何度もスタディーを重ねて作り上げました。歴史ある街並みのバリューアップに貢献しています。またオフィスビルとしてBCPに配慮した設備計画としています。

This is an office building located in the quaint Sendagi area. The profound design, which is reminiscent of Taisho era architecture, was created by walking around the city with the client and conducting repeated studies. We are contributing to increasing the value of historic townscapes. Additionally, as an office building, the facility has been planned with BCP in mind.
